Terms & Conditions:

1. 50% of the total cost of your stay is to be paid at the time of booking. The balance to be paid on arrival at Chateau Estefani.
2. We require all cancellations to be made 28 days prior to reservation date or the 50% balance will be payable.
3. Pick up and return to the airport must be prebooked at the time of your booking. The cost of €30 is for up to 4 persons and is charged each way.
4. Maximum occupancy of our rooms is 2 adults and 2 children (under 12) sharing their parent's room. We do not charge for infants under the age of 4.
5. The Gate House is able to cater for a maximum of 11 individuals and a minimum of 1. The is self catering accommodation unless otherwise organised with us prior to your stay.
6. Whilst we will make every effort to meet your request, we regret it is not possible to guarantee the reservation of a particular room.
7. The facilities of Chateau Estefani are for sole use of our guests, unless otherwise arranged.
8. Chateau Estefani is available to be hired in its entirety and during such time the facilities will not be available to non guests.
9. Damage to our rooms or property will be charged for.
10. Chateau Estefani take no responsibility to loss or damage to persons or possessions. We suggest you ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place before you travel.
